Phenolic Rigid Engraving Laminate
Phenolic laminates generally consist of three or five laminations of different colours bonded homogeneously together in resin, they usually provide a high gloss or matt surface which can be engraved to reveal a contrasting colour. Very high abrasion resistant surface, good chemical resistance it is suitable for long term signage but with all self coloured laminates minor colour changes can be expected.
Applications:Colours compliant with EU and BS standards for Danger, Hazard, Safety and Fire Exit routing colours. Instrument panels, key tags, security boards, architectural and hotel directional signs.
