Roof Glazing Bar Systems for use with Glazing Polycarbonate
Plastics have large coefficients of thermal expansion. As they are also good heat insulators, they will become warmer than the surrounding air in direct sunlight. To avoid inducing stress and eventual failure, glazing panels must remain free to move relative to the roof structure, with these temperature changes. Twinfix glazing bar and panel systems are specifically designed to solve this problem and offer elegant solutions to three different applications. One installing structured polycarbonate roof glazing two replacing Georgian wired glass roof lights three security over glazing using solid polycarbonate.
Applications: These include commercial and industrial roof lights, school walkways and covers, hospital corridors, station canopies, supermarket entrances, conservatories and lean-to extensions. Twinfix offer a complete range of profile systems, either to utilise existing rafters, as replacements to glass glazing systems, or as structural glazing bars. Capable of accepting material from 4mm to 25mm thickness.

CLADDING MATERIALS
Matt Foam PVC Sheet White & Colours
Suitable for most types of cladding, shops, butchers, clean areas, abattoirs, sealing porous and dusty areas, fascia panels. Full range of PVC profiles, rivets etc. for fastening the sheets
PVC foam sheet is produced in much the same way as most extruded sheet, passing through rollers to control thickness and surface finish. The fine cell structure and a smooth surface finish make it an ideal material for screenprinting, vinyl application, POS, advertising and sign applications. It is tough high impact resistance and low density 0.7 which makes it light and easy to machine. Can be used outdoors but precautions must be taken to allow for adequate expansion therefore, it is recommended to hang the sign.
